We opened our doors in September 2023, and in that time we've learned one thing above all else: people are tired of paying over the odds for storage that doesn't quite fit their needs.

Our facility spans over 1,200 square metres of modern warehouse space and houses more than 130 storage units across 13 different sizes — ranging from a compact 6 cubic metres up to a generous 50 cubic metres. Whether you need to store a few boxes of paperwork or the entire contents of a four-bedroom villa, we have a size that fits.

What makes our units genuinely different? They're built from metal, not wood. That matters more than you might think.

Wooden crate-style storage — still common at many facilities on the Costa del Sol — is susceptible to moisture, pests, and the particular demands of a hot Mediterranean climate. Our metal-walled rooms are rodent-proof, clean, and designed specifically for this part of the world. Your furniture, documents, clothing, and valuables sit in a proper room with an individual lock on the door — not stacked inside a glorified pallet.

And the price? Up to 20% cheaper than the main competitors in the Marbella-Sotogrande corridor. Our most popular unit — the 13 cubic metre room — starts from €111.40 per month, and clients who stay longer than 7 months get a 5% discount. Basic insurance is included as standard: rooms of 10 cubic metres and above are automatically covered for €1,000, and smaller rooms for €500, with additional coverage available if you need it (plus iva)

## Security You Can Actually Rely On

We know that handing over your belongings to someone else requires trust. We take that seriously.

The facility operates with 24/7 CCTV coverage, monitored alarms linked directly to the police, and regular security patrols. Every unit has its own individual lock. There is no master key held by a distant call centre — your room is yours.

Access hours run Monday to Thursday 9:00–17:30, Friday 9:00–17:00, and Saturday 9:30–14:30. If you need access outside those hours for a good reason, just get in touch — we're reasonable people.

Contracts are monthly, with just 7 days' notice required before the end of your rental period to leave. No long-term lock-ins, no surprise fees. Roughly 75% of our clients end up staying for over a year, but that's their choice — not ours.

**Spain-to-UK van hire** is a popular option for clients who want to manage their own removal but need reliable transport. We can sort the vehicle; you handle the boxes.
