What size rooms do you have?

We have several. From a compact 3m2 to a huge 16m2

How do I reserve a room?

The easiest way at the moment is by WhatsApp or a phone call. Or you can choose, book and pay for your room online. No payment is taken from your card until your move in day. We currently very busy, so rooms are limited. But we usually have a few available or becoming available soon. 

How do I pay?

Payment is either by debit or credit card, or a regular standing order. This is the most secure way of paying. Unfortunately, we can't accept cash.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! Although our room prices are some of the lowest available anywhere along the Costa del Sol, for clients staying longer than 6 months, we offer a 5% discount and up to 10% on our largest rooms. 

Do you charge a deposit?

Actually, no we don't. You simply pay for your first months storage in advance - then you will simply get an invoice around the same day the following month. Your only commitment is one months storage.

How much do the self storage rooms cost?

Obviously it all depends on the size. Currently our smallest rooms is around 6 cubic meters, and these are as little as €85 per month. One of our most popular sized rooms is the 13 cubic meter offering which for longer term clients are only €105 per month with a 5% discount. We do need to add the IVA 21% on though as we'll get in trouble!

Is the facility secure?

Of course. Security is the highest priority. We've lots of CCTV cameras that can record for several months. And covert cameras too. Both warehouses have monitored alarms by Verisure which are also linked to the Police. The Poligino has lots of patrols throughout the night by the Policia local, Guardia Civil and various security companies too.

Can I access whenever I want?

During opening hours yes. You can find these on our google business page. We are moving towards automation soon and our opening hours will be extended further. And we are quite flexible too. If we are able to get someone to assist you out of hours, please just WhatsApp one of the team.

Do you offer short term storage?

Yes. Our minimum term is 1 months.

Do you offer a collection or delivery service?

We sure do. We offer a man with a van service with 1, 2 or 3 men or more with prices starting from €90 per hour plus iva. Subject to minimum hours.

Do you do removals?

Yes. We've been established as a company for over 26 years. Initially UK based, but then Spain came calling in 2004. If you are looking for a house removal, we have an online quote form on this website where you can give us all the information. You can even upload videos or photos.

Do you do removals between Spain and the UK?

Indeed. This is how our company first started in the UK way back in 2000. It is our speciality. We've trucks and vans travelling between the UK and Spain almost weekly throughout the year.

Do you sell boxes?

Yep. We generally sell 5 different sized double wall super strong removals boxes. But we also sell all other types of packing materials to make packing up your home super easy.

Can you accept deliveries for me?

Of course. We have a goods receiving service. And if required, we can even arrange onward delivery at a convenient time for you.

Is the warehouse dry?

Definitely. Early 2026 was a real test of this and both warehouses held up well. With good ventilation throughout, we don't suffer from any damp issues either. Our storage rooms stay ventilated and totally dry – unlike damp and dust prone wooden storage crates. 

Do you do international removals?

Yes, we do. In fact we either send or receive several international relocations every month. We've worldwide partners with strong often decades old relationships. So it doesn't matter where in the world you are moving to, we'll handle everything from start to finish. We'll even guide you through all the paperwork too.

Do you do long distance and European moves?

Yep. Whether you are moving to Madrid or Berlin. We can arrange it with ease - even sorting out any parking permits and additional porters as required.

Do you do IKEA runs?

We can. But allow around 2 hours, longer in the busy months, travelling time. We will also help you get it inside your home. And feel free to ask about our assembly service too :-)

Do you do removals in Gibraltar?

Yes and no. Currently we can either do moves into or out of Gibraltar. 

Are my things insured?

Yes, we have a mandatory €1000 of insurance cover as standard which costs €4.60 plus 8% IPT tax per month. You can choose higher levels of cover during the booking process up to €20.000

Do you have a courtesy van?

Not yet. But one is in the pipeline.

Are you anything to do with dbs?

Definitely not. But thanks for asking. That is run by homophobic dirty unprofessional old idiots. Have you seen the state of their grubby old warehouse!
